Positive: We liked that staff made an early check in without take any payment for that. There were coffee,tea and sugar as well as shower gel and shampoo that guests could use. Good location for transport, attractions and shops/places to eat.

Negative: We didn’t like that towels in the room had some spots, in the kitchen the sewer pipe was broken and no one fixed it after we informed the staff. It was smell of cigarettes at the hotel quite often and it came to the room too. The renovation in the room did not match the photographs of the room, the paint on the walls and ceiling was peeling and cracked in many places.

Positive: Very kind hosts. Free water for hotel guests at the reception. Slippers, toiletries, microwave (but no cooker), excellent WiFi, cable TV, 2 A/C, balcony with sea view... The manager let us stay 2 hours more in the room after official checkout because of the rain. Next time in Istanbul we know where we are going to stay.

Negative: Everything was excellent.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, and my experience was absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional — always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude really made me feel at home, which made a big difference during my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day, keeping everything clean and tidy. The facilities were well maintained, and everything worked perfectly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I’m very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay — I would definitely come back again!
