Positive: We absolutely loved this lovely old farmhouse in the middle of the beautiful village of Obertilliach in Ost Tyrol; from the warm welcome from English speaking Johanna, and the wonderful attention at the delicious breakfast from her father Gebhard (no English, but we don't speak German......absolutely not a problem!) the 4 days we spent there at the beginning of July were perfect in every way! Clean spacious comfortable room, with parking right outside the house. We can't recommend this Gasthof and the Bucher family highly enough. And Obertilliach is a gem...go visit!

Positive: Great accomodation close to famous italian places. Really tasty local breakfast, really kind host. Room and bathroom were cleaned. The mountain view from a balcony was stunning. Quite good experience, hope that we will come back soon.

Positive: The family that manages the place is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen, even with two bathrooms! Everything was in working order, reflecting the care and maintenance of the place. The cleanliness standards are exceptionally high. This is a perfect place to work, with excellent internet connection and a very quiet environment. The village is a truly rural setting, with many houses having their own stables and agricultural equipment parked outside. You might even encounter a flock of goats or cows returning from grazing. Despite this, the village is incredibly clean and well-served for its size. There are two supermarkets, a bakery, two restaurants, a bank, and a tourist office. You can also request zero-mile food products directly from the owner, such as milk, butter, yogurt, and more. Even though it is in an isolated location, the road to get there is convenient, allowing easy travel to other famous places like Lienz, San Candido or Brunico. There are also beautiful trails nearby, starting directly from the village of Obertilliach, which is also served by a cable lift system. We will definitely be back!

Negative: One minor improvement would be to sharpen some of the kitchen knives
