Positive: Clean and spacious property with a great courtyard for our son to play in. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. It was great to have a washer/dryer and all other appliances in the unit :)

Positive: Well appointed modern interior, & clean apartment. Very efficient self service check in and check out. Several cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet location, mid point between metro stations so it's a 10 min walk to either and the bus stops to center of town are about 5 mins walk. I would stay again but next time in Copenhagen I would rent a bike to get around.

Negative: Didn't meet any staff as it's all online self service but they responded quickly.

Positive: Location is very good. Beds are comfortable. It was perfect for three members of our family. I love that this apartment has the washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: Smell in the bathroom. It was coming from a shower drain.

Positive: The location was excellent and the apartment was light, clean & quiet considering how relatively central we were. Also felt very secure with the front door & apartment code system. Able to walk or hire bikes easily.

Negative: The pressure in the shower could have been a little better & the outside of the kitchen windows appeared to be very dusty but the other windows in lounge, bathroom & bedrooms were all fine

Summary: Absolutely loved it & wished we could have stayed longer
