Positive: Some friendly staff and the facility.

Negative: Misrepresentation of room description versus actual room status. The accommodation was advertised as air-conditioned when we booked, but the property stated that it is not included and that we will just have a fan. We ended up paying more for an air-conditioned accommodation. We ordered something for lunch, and it took forever for it to arrive. They do not have an intercom to contact reception. To request something, you must go there in person. A small welcome pack would have been nice for the price we paid, but there was none. No toiletries or water bottles when we entered the room. At the very least, we received one tissue roll for 6 pax when requested. The internet is not available, and we were not oriented upon arrival. Amenities -To my knowledge, the property provides free usage of kayaks and surfboards for rent. We had a private pool but didn't use it.

Summary: There isn't much to say other that the property is kept up and clean.
