Positive: Everything was really nice and clean! Close to the metro, that made my stay very comfortable. Also the check in was very easy with the instructions provided

Negative: The heating was partially block by the wardrobe so it wasn’t the same temperature every in the apartment

Positive: The room had everything I needed - it was quiet, peaceful and easy to get to. I really enjoyed staying here, the staff was responsive on booking.com, 10/10 service and stay. Would recommend this for female travellers. The beds was very comfortable and everything was provided - slippers, towels, all was clean.

Negative: Nothing - positive experience all around.

Summary: Great place, has everything you need, clean and comfortable.

Positive: The room had a microwave, fridge, induction stove top, and washer, private bath, and television. It is indeed like a mini-room that has everything you need similar to an AirBnb. Fairly close to Seoul Station, which means you have a directly line to / from the Airport, or anything that takes you to that major hub. Subway stations blue/yellow(gold) are very close to the building (5m walk). Lots of near by Amenities, of restaurants, stores, food shops (bakery) behind the building, that run along the street, so you have somewhere to go for a bite to eat. Also you can make purchases along the main road. There's also an Olive Young across the road, so you don't need to battle it out at Myeongdong, or other high tourist areas.

Negative: I wish there could have been wash tablets (for your washer) to purchase, maybe a vending machine or something. And they need to tone down whatever scent they use for laundering sheets. It's overwhelming, like walking into a perfume or scent store. If you're allergic to these PFOA's, especially while you're sleeping, it's stifling. Please invest in hypoallergenic fragrance free fabric softeners. It's also 30 minutes away (by subway) from most attractions, so you need to factor that in.

Summary: Comfortable Hotel like Stay. But kind of far from attractions.
