Negative: The pool is way too small, the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and the Spa and gym is not open til 10.30am The gym is very small

Positive: Perfect place for rest, relaxation. The resort is doing best trying to accommodate guests and making the stay as pleasant as possible. My family and I had a very pleasant time at the resort. Clean, convenient facilities in great condition and absolutely no crowding. Food is excellent, plentiful in huge variety, exceeding expectations. Beautiful beach with all the comfort and plenty of personal space is just steps away. We had a rental car - important, if interested in seeing places other than the resort - strongly recommended - a lot to see around.
Negative: The only concern, NOT relating to the RESORT, is the lifeguard situation on the beach (apparently separate from the resort). Very aggressive, intrusive swimming rules. Even in the presents of small waves, the yellow flag is up, and lifeguards in a rude manner keep the swimmers only at about waist deep water - very uncomfortable and unnecessary. This cannot be explained by safety measures. We had multiple visits to Greek islands in the past and this is the first time we have encountered this intrusive and rude lifeguard behavior. On a couple of days like that we simple drove to a different nearby beach to enjoy it.

Positive: We are a family with 2 small children, 8 months and 3 years. The resort is perfect from all points of view: - very nice beach with a bar and a restaurant, showers,water to refillyour bottles and to clean your shoes, lifeguard, water perfect for children, sandy beach. - very clean, beds are comfortable, - pools very clean, big pool nor crowded, the shared pool from our room was very clean and very helpfull with our children - the food was amazing, fresh, all kind of food from fresh vegetables to pizza pasta, also the food suitable for vegetarians and for the low calories. The staff from the kitchen prepare evry day a special meal for out small children. Thank you again for this! - all.the staff.were very helpful and very nice. Congratulations for all the management of this hotel! Keep up the good work!

Positive: Very good infrastructure, a comfortable room, and an excellent beach directly in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel, and the food was good overall. We also enjoyed the activities, the animation team and kids’ mini club, as well as most of the evening programme.
Negative: A few small improvements would make the stay even better: plastic dishes, cups and cutlery for younger children in the restaurants; colder drinks, especially soft drinks and sparkling wine in the hot weather; and an earlier evening programme finish, as the noise could sometimes be noticeable when trying to sleep early.
Summary: A very pleasant family stay with friendly staff, great facilities and an excellent beach

Negative: Food options in main restaurant. The selection is poorer compared to other five star all-inclusive hotels. The same choice every morning. We decided to eat in local tavern several evenings.

Positive: Clean and modern, food very good. Great access to the beach and always able to get a sunbed at the pool.
Negative: Only 1 pool, you can’t consider the other a pool it was a paddling pool. No real snacks for all inclusive just a small sandwich fridge. Not great restaurant choice. Entertainment was average, the night was ok but nothing really in the day.

Positive: Amazing location, we’ve stayed around here before and chose this hotel based on the beach! We loved that we could walked into georgioupolis along the beach too. The beach restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the Greek nights there! The beach bar do great cocktails. Our room was a shared pool room which we would definitely book again if we return, private and lovely views of the mountains. The waffles and popcorn at the “sweet corner” were a nice treat!
Negative: Food choice was good, but I am a vegetarian and found that a little more repetitive as I found the main meals were meat based but I didn’t go hungry, lots of salad! Cocktails/drinks were better at the beach bar, found the evening ones at the main bar were rushed! (Understandable as it was always busy)

Positive: Excellent staff, helpful and always smiling. .After a couple of days we were greeted like old friends by cleaners, beach staff and waiters. Left our safe wide open one day and nothing was even moved. You can't put a price on that! The safe was well placed at a comfortable height, we find the safe in some hotels almost inaccessible. Beach with comfortable loungers all with walkway access but difficult to move to shade at certain times as rather close together. Some couples seemed to get round this by reserving 4 loungers, in a row or 2 behind. Excellent beach towels Food at breakfast and lunch was excellent and theme dinners were very good and worth booking
Negative: Dinner in main restaurant was disappointing. Bath towels and one robe were tired and worn and scratchy . One day the bath mat was stained and another was frayed at the edges, they need replacing . No tissues provided in room, had to use toilet roll. Very unusual for 5 stars
