Summary: Everything was overall very nice and people were sweet, but the shower was rough! It was either burning hot or freezing cold we did all the things the said but could only get a warm comfortable temp for like 3 seconds. I called them to come 4 times and it just never got better. It was tough because we have a lot of curly hair to try and wash and we’re doing lots of activities.

Summary: The people of Belize are wonderful. Everyone we met went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The food was great at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar perfect. Our room overlooked the river and our dip pool was woderful after long days at the Mayan ruins. We will go back in the future.

Summary: Staff really made the whole difference for this experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make my time in Cayo the best possible. When an injury made my original plans impossible, they were ready with suggestions tor excursions and tours. I can’t wait to come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Mystic River! It's a beautiful resort! The staff are all so amazing! They are so kind and helpful! The food was delicious and the room was comfortable and so nice. My husband and I have nothing but raves for this resort! You will not be disappointed! The tour guides are super knowledgeable, friendly and gave us a great experience.

Summary: If I could give 6 stars I would. From the moment we arrived and even before our arrival the staff was proactive and attentive. It was my husbands birthday and they decorated the room and had a table in the restaurant decorated for us with a cake. My mother in law stayed with us and they converted the living room sofa to a bed. The food was great with cheese made on property abd vegetables from their own garden. You truly feel like you are staying in a jungle oasis. We will definitely be back.
