Positive: Great comunication with the host, apartment very well equiped, comfy, free parking at the supermarket across the street, even in the non-working hours. The location is absolutly great. We took the tram directly to the Basel Christmas markets, 20 minutes trip. We went by car to other places, Colmar, Strasbourg and some other french small villages very beautiful during winter.

Negative: The minus was the temperature in the apartment. During the day was max 18 degrees and during night 19. The floor is very cold, the apartment being at the groundfloor and the isolation of the apartment is poor. We had a 4 year old kid with us and he was playing on the floor. The radiators were at maximum already and there was no rug on the floor.

Positive: We were very impressed by the apartment and the facilities and cleanliness of the apartment. It was very good value for money and excellent location to a supermarket and the tram. Betty was super helpful and responded to messages super quick.

Negative: Parking spaces were limited and taken up on arrival, however Betty was again super helpful in helping us find a solution.

Positive: Location - 10-15 min walk from Gare St Louis, also has tram stop directly outside, no3 line to Basel/St Louis. Host - Betty was very helpful with any queries we had. Quiet, spacious & clean apt, comfy beds & great shower.

Positive: check-in was easy , it was pretty specious and location was close to public transport / parking lot (there was even with a charging station for electric cars)

Negative: the room was well renovated, however there was a old house smell inside. and the location is not in Basel , so it was a bit confusing when we first arrive.

Positive: This apartment is beautiful and super clean! The A/C was welcomed during the summer season and the beds were comfortable, especially the pillows! The shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was amazing quality and made my hair feel lovely and soft. We also really appreciated the bottled water left for us in the fridge. Great location, easy to find, close to a supermarket also.
