Positive: I had a short stay at MySmart Hotel in Yalova, but it left me with truly pleasant memories. Despite the rainy and gloomy weather, the staff managed to create a warm and sunny atmosphere throughout my visit. They kindly offered me early check-in when I arrived tired after a long flight, and even arranged an early breakfast the next morning since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. They also helped me call a taxi. While the hotel itself may not be the most impressive at first glance, the service and the staff are absolutely outstanding — and that's what really matters. People come to people, and this team made me feel genuinely cared for. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

Negative: Thr room was small , not comfortable , no facilities No Black out , Shower was broken. I dont kbow how this hotel was rated as 4 stars.

Positive: We enjoyed the apartment so close to everything. I will recommend the facilities. The breakfast however was all eaten up and no replacement or top-up available one hour into Breakfast.Breakfast was not enough for amount of guests.
