Positive: The property is new and very clean. It is easily accessible, especially for the elderly relatives I was travelling with. No issues with getting into the property, or onsite facilities.

Negative: I emphasise that these are my PERSONAL issues with the property, and may or may/not apply to other guests. 1. I found my bed relatively hard and uncomfortable, although noting my relatives had no issues with their bed 2. It was warm weather when I stayed in Albury. The bedrooms have ceiling fans (great!) but the ceiling fans are too strong to sleep under even at the lowest speed, so that added to an uncomfortable night 3. lastly, I am quite sensitive to road noise and found the bedroom too noisy. The road the property is on seems to be a main link road between central and north Albury, with plenty of vehicles even late at night. The road is a 50 kmh zone but it felt like many drivers were going significantly faster, worsening the noise. There were also a few local hoons with hotted up vehicles passing by, stereos blaring. My bedroom was at the front of the house with no fence or trees/shrubs to help block noise. If you are sensitive to noise, I'd suggest ear plugs. Other than these personal gripes, the property is highly recommended.

Summary: Very good, but a couple of minor gripes.

Positive: Everything! It was new, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and even a few extras like a hair straightener! We loved that the cupboards were labeled so we didn’t have to look hard for what we needed.

Negative: The WiFi wasn’t the best but that’s a very minor thing.

Summary: What a fantastic find! This house had everything we needed for our weekend away. We would love to stay here again!
