Positive: The location was great and the price is right. Facilities were newish and beds were comfortable

Negative: I have never heard hospitality staff speak to guests in such an unprofessional manner in all of my traveling. I rarely complain or write reviews but this requires stating. Do not expect to be treated like you’re staying at a hotel. My observation of how they spoke to other guests as well as my family absolutely blew my mind. It’s not what you say but how you say it, people. Guests have a right to speak up if something isn’t working or something wasn’t explained well and doesn’t meet their expectations. Some times language is a barrier. This doesn’t give anyone the right to speak down to a guest because they don’t understand or disagree with a policy that is not clearly stated. How am I supposed to know that my family of 5 can only have 4 towels at a time and need to turn one in or share? That’s weird. If food is smeared on the AC unit when we check in and you say you’ll have someone clean the food off the furniture in their “clean” room, then do it. Don’t make me tell you at check out that it’s still there 3 days later because I fear I’ll be charged for something I didn’t do. We come to you to try to make something right. Try to make it right or try to explain kindly what can be done instead. The morning front desk crew and manager were great and at least made an effort to make up for things.

Summary: It’s a budget extended stay, not a hotel—You get what you pay for.
