Positive: It had a very homey feel. You can feel that the owner put a lot of thought in the comfort of the guest and made nice touches. Like the biscuits, the coffee machine and capsules, the bottle of water, the condiments and more. The place was tastefully decorated with lots of pictures on the walls. We did not want for anything and wish we could stay longer. The host Fabrizo and his wife are the most friendly and warm hosts I’ve ever encountered. Even though we had to communicate with the translator app, we still had great conversations like friends. I would definitely stay here again if given a chance.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: I loved the location, the accommodations, the hosts. The environment was quiet, safe and relaxed. It was close to amenities and surrounded by beautiful country. A short drive to the sea or to Historic Recanati. Beautiful blessing.

Negative: My own lack of the language... Though I Duo lingoed for 6 months it was not enough. I'll do better next time.

Positive: Great location within a stone’s throw to the Shrine. Apartment was clean, nice and cosy. Beds were very comfortable too! Hosts Fabrizio and Cinzia were lovely and helpful! They were very kind to let us have their parking lot just outside of the apartment (makes it so much more convenient for us during our stay)! Mr Fabrizio also took a lot of effort to run us through the house and some admin details despite the language barriers. 😅 kudos to him! Thank you hosts for the great hospitality! 💕

Positive: Many thanks to Fabrizio and his wife, they did their best to accomodate us, took us from the train station and also gave us a ride on the day of departure. The appartment was very clean, spacious, with everything you needed. They also provided some welcoming treats, wine, water, coffee, and food for the breakfast. The location is pretty close to the Basilica. We had an excellent stay in Loreto and we'll book again with them when visiting Loreto.

Positive: Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from shops and sights. Apartment was clean and came fully furnished with all the appliances you could want. Nice balcony with a view of the town and basilica. The hosts were incredible friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again!
