Summary: It’s a horse farm operated by a nonprofit foundation dedicated to rescuing horses; your entire rental fee goes to the foundation. The apartment sits up a flight of stairs over the garage of one of the caretakers’ houses. The caretakers gave me ample privacy. There is a small sitting porch overlooking a meadow in which horses sometimes graze. The entire setting is bucolic and serene. Inside, the apartment is small but comfortable. The second bedroom is quite small and has a sleeping couch that accommodates only one person. Guests more than three in number might feel cramped. There is a small shower stall but no bathtub. Amenities are adequate. The biggest payoff is the farm itself. Guests are encouraged to feed the many horses, the horde of goats who will come running to you on sight, and the three donkeys. So the place is something of a paradise for animal lovers. The fact that your money goes to a good cause is icing on the cake. Highly recommended overall!

Summary: We had such a special and relaxing time on the farm. It was so neat to be around all of the horses, and Bobbie was so welcoming and made our time very memorable.

Summary: Perfect distance away from Kings Island. Worked our great for our family (of three) weekend getaway. Host was responsive and extremely polite. Apartment above the garage that's attached to the farm house is just as described. It was cute, comfy for our weekend stay. We felt like we had our privacy. This really beautiful property was what made this trip more memorable for our family. Enjoyed the animals and the scenery, and we would love to visit again!

Summary: My husband and I spent the weekend with another couple at this wonderful gem of a property. My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer. We were greeted by two beautiful horses and an adorable donkey in our backyard when we first got there. Woke up each morning to the same beautiful site. We didn’t get to enjoy all the property has to offer because we spent one full day at the Renaissance fair. The property itself is just as described. Very clean, super cute and comfy place. Would definitely not hold more than four adults though. It is pretty small. Owner was super responsive and friendly. I plan to book again in the spring with three girlfriends for a fun girls weekend and not leave the property at all, just soak in the beautiful scenery and all the farm has to offer.
