Positive: Guiseppe was incredible. We had a theatre booking and he dropped and fetched us very late in the night.. 11.30pm. So many thankyous , we are so grateful especially as it was very cold. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. Spotless. Definitely recommended.

Positive: All was perfect (actually more than perfect). The location is big and it looks like a loft in Manhattan, with huge smart tv, pool table, "calciobalilla" and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay! What else? The apartment was super clean (from the kitchen to the toilet), the self check-in made our arrival fast and simple, the owner was very kind (he offered us coffee and croissants). The position is very convenient as you can move to Pisa, Viareggio, Livorno, Firenze and other cities in less than 1 hour. Last but not least, good value for money. We will definitely go back when in Tuscany wor work or pleasure.

Positive: It is a lovely house with full facility. You have bilard and other facilities for your use. From window is nice view on vine plantations. The landlord was very hospitable and helpful.

Positive: French couple with two teenage girls and an electric car. It is a very nice accommodation, quiet and comfortable. We were able to play a few games of billiards and table football before having a drink in the garden. We also thank Giuseppe who was as discreet as he was available. A small WiFi problem was solved in a few minutes. The little extra that made our visits easier, from Pisa to Florence? Covered parking with electric charging station available.

Negative: Holidays were too short...
