This beautiful Corral de Tierra home is located in a stunningly beautiful, peaceful setting, high up on the hill and accessed by a private road, gazing out on Castlerock and Mt Toro. Every bedroom and living room in the house boast amazing views across the hills. This split level home has excellent proportions, it is a 3,900sq ft open plan property with extended/large windows that make the most of the views and the abundance of natural light. All bedrooms and the office have blinds, (the master suite has a blind system on the left side but not on the view out to the Castlerock as it is not overlooked). The master bathroom and main level shower rooms have one way glass which you can see out of, but not into. The house has truly been designed with an emphasis on light and immersion in the surrounding natural beauty of the location.
The property is gated and fully fenced, the seasonally (late May – Oct) solar heated swimming pool (9ft max depth at deep end) is private and overlooks the same stunning vista. The pool and gardens are maintained by our management company to ensure that they are always in good order.
There is a large master suite – this and the second living room have their own extensive deck upstairs, in addition to the decking and patio areas downstairs. There is a large outdoor dining table on the deck near the pool and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the sunny Corral de Tierra weather.
Re-modelled recently to a high specification, some of the features include a large formal dining area, high speed internet, Milgard windows, soft water, whole house reverse osmosis, multi zoned heating system, as well as AC which is quite unique in the valley. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining equipment as well as high end appliances.
This property has been fully furnished recently to a high standard, everything within it is new.
The location is very convenient for Carmel Valley Village (20mins), Laguna Seca (15mins), Concourse events (15-25mins), Pebble Beach (30mins), MRY (Monterey-Carmel Airport) 18mins, Carmel-by-the-sea (29mins), Salinas (22mins) and Monterey (25mins).

Summary: We booked this property for a girls/mom's away trip. Everything was pristine, beautifully arranged and perfect for a luxurious getaway. The house had all the amenities you could ask for, and the view was dreamy. The owner went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect, even dropped of floaties for the pool for us! Definitely worth it, can't recommend it enough!

Summary: This is perfect place to have a girls trip! We were a group of 8 that had the place to ourselves for a weekend Friday - Sunday. It’s gorgeous and serene with all its amenities in a picturesque location.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with our family. The house is immaculate. The scenery is beautiful. And, it is close to the village of Carmel by the Sea. Monterey and Big Sur. There are many large communal spaces in the house, both indoors and outdoors which allows people to gather in groups to talk, eat, play games, etc. The online description and pictures accurately reflected the house. The management company and owner were attentive to questions we had as well as the check-in and check-out process.

Summary: Family spent the week here for the Superbike event and enjoyed the proximity to everything as well as the secluded nature of the property. It is a beautiful home with lots of room to spread out, kids loved exploring the property and the pool. a great time was had by all!

Summary: Loved our stay here, beautiful home and incredible views. House had every thing that we needed and more, lots of space and different areas to hang out. Everything very well appointed. Fully fenced, gardens are very nice. Management team was great, and house was very clean. Close to lots of places like Carmel Valley village. Definitely recommend.
