Positive: Room was lovely and spa facilities were great.

Negative: We had to wait about an hour to received our evening food on the restaurant. There were only two members of staff and they were rushed off their feet as the restaurant was full.

Positive: One night stay with my two lads after long drive from Scotland en route to Sherwood CP. Pool was the highlight! Room was nice/ clean and three beds a good idea. Most staff very friendly- Reception staff on arrival very abrupt and not welcoming- staff on reception upon departure didn’t even look up from PC/ enquire about stay or say goodbye! Not great when reception are the frontline team/ face of the company. Cleaning staff v friendly though which makes up for this lack of professionalism from reception staff.

Negative: In much need of a simple paint job inside to freshen the place up Restaurant staff seemed stressed and a tad rude as a result- tried booking a table for 7pm- was told ‘fully booked’- in reality maybe a third of restaurant in use. A kind fellow traveller gave me his slot as his family couldn’t wait that long to get a bite.
