Positive: The room was lovely, it was great to have the outside space and I liked that we could park directly outside our room. Spa facilities were good, pool was clean and warm. Food was exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful

Negative: The outside area of our room had lots of cigarette butts we mentioned it to reception as we do not smoke and housekeeping came and cleaned the area up.

Positive: Ok for a cheap break. Meal in restaurant was superb.

Negative: Very big crowd in bar area on first evening, took the place over and loud. Grounds need lots of attention very fun down could be lovely. One very surly bar waitress who didn’t crack a smile all the time. She needs reminding we are away for a break from our stressful lives too so service with a smile would be nice. On day two the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and stream were a lot colder. Many complained and even the showers stopped with hot water.
