Positive: The apartment itself has clearly been renovated, furniture is new, but we faced some problems. The shower drain was clogged in the first night we arrived and the sofa bed didn't work well. They solved the problem in the next day.

Negative: The neighborhood looks a little bit dangerous during the night. The building is really old.
