Positive: The house itself is cozy, heats up fast, nice decor, good furniture. By accounts of all guests, the beds were so comfy. Sleep went great.

Negative: The beds were not fully made, you have to get the duvet covers up by yourself. Amenities are few, or the prioritization seems off. E.g. there is no complementary shampoo/shower gel, but you get complementary wine.

Summary: Great property, but lack of amenities.

Positive: The style of the house, history

Negative: The heating kept falling back to a cooler temperature than we set. Likely was programmed by the owners timer. It was freezing outside so that was a huge problem. Not enough instructions on the appliances like the coffee machine. The shower leaked water onto the floor with no way to clean up. I bought a mop cloth to clean/dry. The inside door to the hallway locked so I had to go through the back door and the outside to come back in through the front door to unlock it. We put a mat in between to not have that happen again but that made the cold hallway an open space to the living room losing heat again. The roads around were partially closed. It was very hard to get to the house. In the end we choose to drive against the traffic to get there. Still don't know what the best route should have been. One of The bedrooms upstairs could not be heated properly because the heater was outside the room.

Positive: It was clean and in a convenient location. Had a fridge and a kettle and a microwave oven.

Negative: The stove was not working which made it tricky to cook and, due to a language barrier the host did not understand what I meant when I was asking for help with the stove. Wood was not included for the hot tub, which is understandable but, inconvenient as we did not know where to shop for wood. Could not adjust the heating so, the house was really cold the entire time.

Positive: Nice neighbour, quiet area. The place is lovely, very authentic. Beds very comfortable. Close to the city centre, about 10 min walk. Very responsive host

Positive: The tiny house looks cute, and has some bonus features such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The little garden is amazing too.

Negative: Not really in the city centre, quite cold, beds were hard (al four of us had a sore back after 1 night), no shower curtain (bathroom was flooded after 3 of us took a shower), and one of the bedrooms is tiny (we kept bumping against the ceiling with our feet). Lastly, we only received info about the hottub in the very last mail before arrival: you have to buy 4-5 bags of wood (40-50 euros), fill it up, and then heat it for 2+ hours while stirring every 15 minutes. So if you want to enjoy the hottub, you have to spend 3 hours preparing...

Summary: Looked great, but pretty upset about the hottub
