Summary: Spotlessly clean and very well kept guest house. Parking not the best, but parking permits readily available for the front of the guest house when there were spaces. Tracey bent over backwards to make our stay great. She even carried our cases up to the 2nd floor.

Summary: Tracy is the perfect host, nothing too much trouble. Parking was with permit supplied by Tracy and very easy to find a space. We will be back.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. Tracey, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful, a perfect host. Breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent location, very close to the centre of town, less than 5 minutes walk. On-street parking can be hit-and-miss - sometimes there are spaces in close proximity, but at busy times it may be difficult to park within 100m. But don't let this put you off! I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Summary: Street parking was easy , and with free passes , Tracey was welcoming , friendly and attentive . the room was very comfortable , breakfast excellent and the proximity to the town centre was very good

Summary: I had a fantastic stay. Tracey is a wonderful host, very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The place itself. Is lovely. It is immaculately clean and homely and my room was beautiful. I was very impressed and will return next time I’m in Harrogate. The breakfast is also excellent. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
