Summary: The staff was great, helpful. The old charm was amplified by spacious, clean rooms with wonderful furniture. Lovely coffee and tea service with lovely coffee area on the mezzanine along with a beautiful lobby with antiques galore. The old fashioned elevator was a kick to ride!

Summary: Everything about this historic hotel was great! Our king suite was spacious and comfortable with locally-themed decor (every room is different) and "little touches" like real plants and a selection of current Montana magazines. Breakfast is not provided but it's an easy walk to restaurants (the Northern Pacific Beanery is excellent). The downtown location is close to numerous shops and restaurants. Next time we'll plan to stay several nights.
