Negative: The master bathroom heater was not working and there was no room heater to use in that space. It was freezing! Each room had a different type of heater … ok for an old house.

Positive: The property was far more beautiful than I expected -Mill Pond is a real bonus and the weather was perfect. The location was really good for me and the General Store around the corner was fantastic. Murray Hill is a well kept neighborhood and hopefully I can rent a kayak and launch it at the public boating launch down the street. WOW Elaine H.
