Negative: The pictures didn’t quite describe the room and the stairs we had to climb

Positive: Very friendly staff at front desk. Hot tub and warm pool. Beautiful, calming stream. Free coffee and popcorn, Nice continental breakfast. Close to RMNP entrance! Visits from elk:) And close to downtown Estes Park.

Negative: Wifi reception in our room was NOT good. I was unable to connect with my iphone for more than a couple seconds maybe 5 times during the stay and had to use data. The other three with androids were able to connect for an hour here and there. It was very frustrating when trying to make travel plans and connect with people back home. We did bring this concern to staff who said they would try resetting the router. Not sure if they did or not- but wifi never improved. The last day I tried it in the breakfast room and it seemed to work there.

Summary: Beautiful, convenient location with friendly staff, nice breakfast, and a hot tub-but limited wifi:(
