Summary: Had a dog barking all night in the room next to us. The pictures of the hotel are so much nicer than what we got when we checked in. It was nice for an older hotel. Just not what I expected when we checked in and got to our room. Was definitely disappointed when we were up all night with kids screaming and the dog barking. I am not sure we will ever stay there again.

Summary: The lodging was very nice. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was very small, but enough for the overnight stay we had. Someone makes very pretty tissue/towel flowers to decorate the room. There was easy parking in front of our room and the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was ok but no hot foods other than toast/bagel or I opted for instant oatmeal since it was snowing outside. There is an in room microwave and fridge. Make sure you check the fridge temp...our neighbor woke up to everything frozen. And if it does snow, the front office has a snow brush to clean off your car (found that out after the fact). Laundry available at $2/load for washer & dryer. Overall, nice place for a short stay.

Summary: This is our go to hotel to stay at every year that we go to estes. We usually stay in the rooms closest to the pathway that walks right down to Estes lake where we love to go in the mornings. The free continental breakfast is minimal but its good especially if you are wanting to head straight into Rocky Mountain National park right away. The pool and huge indoor hot tub are also very nice when we have time for those. You cannot go wrong staying here because of all the amenities it offers plus its safe, quiet, tucked away from business, and cloae access to the lake and downtown estes.
