Positive: To be honest I did not want to write a review so this spot could remain a secret. Its a gem of a place, right on the beachfront of Muri Beach, clean, air conditioned with well located near some great eateries, behind the food markets, next to the yacht club and very close to a supermarket. Arriving a tad early, Edna greeted us and allowed both early access and late checkout to our room. Having free access to snorkelling gear, paddle board and kayaks was a bonus and allowed us to see turtles on the lagoon mist days. We also appreciated the owners dropping by to see everything was okay The best place that i have stayed at in Rarotonga. We'll be back for the beachfront units next time.

Positive: Great location to restaurants and activities. Had a beach front apartment with wonderful outlook over lagoon and outer reef. Handy walk to market and shops for supplies etc. would certainly use again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and hosts ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Apartments were very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Negative: No laundry facility on site although laundry services could be outsourced. Not a criticism but merely an observation that for longer stays would be handy to have a small on site facility that could be accessible to the apartments. This did not detract from our stay and would certainly use again.

Summary: Great location, friendly hosts and staff. Amazing views from the quality apartments.

Positive: So seamless. We arrived early and Edna was cleaning . We left our car there and walked to the sailing club and swam while our room was being prepared .

Negative: Would be great to have a little bbq

Positive: The location is perfect, we love Muri. Best side of the island 🏝 😉 the view from the villa was amazing, nice and sheltered by the trees. Well appointed kitchen, has everything you need (home away from home really) close to shops, restaurants, night markets etc everything you need is within walking distance. The wifi was amazing as was the shower. The bed was super comfy also, which is rare. 💯 will be back. Loved it!

Positive: I had an excellent stay at Muri Shores. The place is beautiful, very comfortable, spotless clean, and perfectly located. Everything was well thought out and made the stay really easy and enjoyable. The hosts were always available and extremely responsive whenever I needed anything, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend this place and, without a doubt, if I return to Rarotonga, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere — I’d stay here again.

Positive: Staff were great. Loved meeting Edna. Location is fantastic and the accommodation has everything you need. Kitchen is excellent with everything you need for cooking (although we didn't do any). Fresh fruit in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated! Great location right behind Muri night markets and close to Tiares cafe (great coffee and donuts) and tapas (amazing fish tacos). Enjoyed listening to Koka's and Tama's boats coming in with all the singing.

Negative: Beach towels could be a little bigger. Otherwise it was perfect!

Summary: Excellent location and lovely, clean, comfortable accommodation.

Positive: Amazing location. Nice size room, private. Tidy. Use of paddle board and kayak was great. Big balcony with loungers. Staff was super kind and helpful. Really appreciated them.
