Positive: The seclusion was unbelievable! The property had everything needed to just relax. Jon, the property manager, met us at the gate leading to the property, then led us down the track to the property (12 min drive) and gave us a thorough overview of the amenities. The combustion heater was fantastic and the balcony and view overlooking Cloudy Bay Surf Beach has to be seen to be believed. Waking up looking at the waves roll in from the bedroom was amazing.

Summary: Jon is worth his weight in gold!

Positive: Unbelievable views, the house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Early morning coffees on the balcony beanbags with the binoculars was just magic.

Negative: Only thing was perhaps access to the beach hit it’s completely unavoidable. It’s a bit of a walk and you have to cut through pretty thick brush. Having said that we managed with 3 kids aged between 8-13.

Summary: It was a perfect ending to a 4 week Australian adventure. Views were simply breathtaking.
