Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The food and location were great, the staff were accommodating.
Negative: The outdoor tents had a lot of bugs, the exposed shower and toilet facilities were not great especially when it rained and had a lot of bugs and small creatures. The room could have used with a small lamp for reading or going to the toilet in the middle of the night. The water was brown and not good

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location, view, staff
Negative: Nothing unless you can’t live without WiFi in in your room. Nature doesn’t require WiFi thankfully!
Summary: Beautiful setting with great staff and very comfortable

Reviewer Type: Extended Group
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Breakfast was really good. The view in amazing and the WiFi was fast (even if it only worked in the common area, not the room)
Negative: The first night we didn’t have running water at all. We arrived at the hotel much later than check-in time so everything should’ve been in order. We were initially told it would’ve taken a few minutes because they had to pump, then one hour and then that they didn’t know. They provided us with some big cans of water but obviously that’s not ideal when paying this amount of money when there are much cheaper places around.
Summary: We only chose this place because of the WiFi, so not having it in the room was a bummer. The lack of water even if it’s

Positive: Extremely kind and efficient staff. They had been able to organize my activities in the park with short notice from my side and when I had to leave, they helped me to find the better wat to reach Kampala. Peaceful location with a nice view to the river. Good restaurant and price/quality relation.

Positive: The workers here are really exceptional especially PRIM. Lose Prim, lose the Palace. Food was also great.
Negative: The room I had booked was unbelievably very hot and even with the fan in place, I couldn’t use it. Put AC please. Also no WiFi in the rooms.
Summary: The workers and the food did it for me.
