Positive: Breakfast was really good. The view in amazing and the WiFi was fast (even if it only worked in the common area, not the room)

Negative: The first night we didn’t have running water at all. We arrived at the hotel much later than check-in time so everything should’ve been in order. We were initially told it would’ve taken a few minutes because they had to pump, then one hour and then that they didn’t know. They provided us with some big cans of water but obviously that’s not ideal when paying this amount of money when there are much cheaper places around.

Positive: Extremely kind and efficient staff. They had been able to organize my activities in the park with short notice from my side and when I had to leave, they helped me to find the better wat to reach Kampala. Peaceful location with a nice view to the river. Good restaurant and price/quality relation.

Positive: The workers here are really exceptional especially PRIM. Lose Prim, lose the Palace. Food was also great.

Negative: The room I had booked was unbelievably very hot and even with the fan in place, I couldn’t use it. Put AC please. Also no WiFi in the rooms.

Positive: I loved on my stay the most silent area. I feels like an a lonely island. Because of there is no business, no traffic, just a big big area and in the afternoon lot of Elefant - the palace is near by the Murchison falls National park and next to the Nile. Love it The roof top is amazing Digital detoxing means there is WiFi on the main area

Negative: Cold shower but if it’s 33 degrees on afternoon u will need cold shower anyway!!! The road is hard drive ;)
