Positive: The hosts were very welcoming and had thoughtfully left milk and bottles of water in the fridge for us. The accommodation is situated in a lovely garden and we were invited to make use of a swing seat and sun-loungers. The location is ideal for visits to nearby RSPB reserves and the Sandringham estate, as well as the beach resorts of Hunstanton, Heacham and Wells-next-the-Sea.

Negative: The only minor quibble was the lack of hot water in the bathroom sink due to a temporary tripped circuit, but this was offset by ample hot water in the spacious shower.

Positive: Great place. Had everything you need in a nice compact, private place. Good off road parking. Shower extremely good. Nice, quiet peaceful location. Couple of local pubs in Dersingham or a very good boozer in Snettisham (Rose & Crown).
