Positive: We stayed at this apartment with a large group, and while there were definitely some positives, there were also a few challenges worth noting. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, which is rare and was a big plus for our group. It’s centrally located in Munich, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood feels safe, even at night. The kitchen is well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals for a large group. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive.

Negative: The pillows were VERY uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality. There are interior windows between rooms (not fully transparent, but still odd), which made privacy a bit tricky. Strong sunlight floods the apartment from 5:00 AM, and unfortunately, the shades don’t work at all—so bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. There is only one toilet/shower for up to 15 people, which was quite challenging during peak times. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a large, centrally located space and can manage with the limited bathroom and early morning light. With a few improvements, this place could be great.

Positive: Almost everything. The facilities both in the living area and kitchen are first class. Absolutely loads of room for our party, with plenty of sitting space in the living room, including a huge dining table. We were left snacks and sweets. There was lots of windows in the property, as well as glass doors which opened. The kitchen comprised of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There was also a great coffee machine with plenty of coffee beans, milk etc. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds in and plenty of windows. One room had a small balcony. We were supplied with loads of fresh, clean towels. The shower was excellent - great pressure and as hot as you liked.

Negative: The only negative was that there is only one shower and toilet.

Summary: Superb centrally located apartment.
