As fellow Texans, we totally get it, but trust us, you'll love trading the hum of AC for the sound of rustling aspens! Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of windows to help you stay comfortable.
The house is situated on a private 35-acre property, offering full privacy and a peaceful retreat. There is a separate cabin on the property with a local resident who lives there year-round, but they are very respectful of your space, ensuring you can fully enjoy your stay
WINTER ACCESS: Throughout the winter, the roads and driveway are regularly plowed and maintained. However, we require using a vehicle equipped with 4-wheel drive, snow-rated tires, tire chains or tire socks for added safety.

Summary: Family of 8 adults . Everything exact as describe. My mom who is 88 year old is very happy and comfortable. Clean and have everything you ever need for a family vacation. We had a blast with bbq and homemade family dinner. Location is superb ; everywhere is 30 mins away to ouray and telluride and we live seclude in the mountain. Ty so much. I will definitely come back if I have a chance.
