Positive: A true gem. We made a quick trip to Italy without a fixed destination for our holiday. We booked last minute accommodations each day as we were not sure where we would be. If I had known about Mulino del Lentino in advance it would have been my destination. I regret that this was our last night and we were on our way back to the airport or we would have stayed longer. The room was clean and comfortable with charming little touches that made one feel welcome. The dinner at the property was easy to arrange with the host in advance and the meal was exceptional. The breakfast was also done to a high standard with many choices and perfectly presented. The grounds were lovely and we walked around the area in the evening before dinner. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Great location. Beautiful property. Clean and comfy apartment.

Negative: Maybe better screens. Couldn’t leave windows open without ALOT of insects coming inside. I understand it is the country but good screens would improve the property.

Summary: This is the most charming special little apartment. It felt like we were in a storybook.

Positive: The place was clean. Friendly English speaking staff. Interesting location. Quiet and peaceful. The nearby hills have some of the best views even by Italian standards.

Negative: Not very spacious. Very steep staircase and squeaky floors on the second level. No curtain in the bathroom so showering without making a mess is tricky. No views from the windows and some windows missing insect nets, which doesn't sound bad but there is a huge fig tree in the yard and it is full of hornets that are flying all around and crawling into spaces. The breakfast was very expensive for what it was and not that good.
