Summary: I stay a number of times a year, normally ok, when checking in, reception is sometimes busy away from the desk, waiting for 5mins or so, but generally ok. I had to chase reception this time and then chase for Var person, both lovely ladies, the hotel always seems short staffed. No food in the evening, some sandwiches and pots ok for snacks
