Negative: Not outside table/ umbrella by pool for our particular cottage. Not on beach directly… but aware of that beforehand. Ants in kitchen area

Positive: The location is awesome. It is not a high rise condominium. The cottage was close to the pool and the beach. There were trees for shade and parking was nearby. It felt like a home with neighbors.

Negative: The sofa sleeper needs to be replaced.

Summary: The cottage was quaint and comfortable and we reserved the same place for next year!
