Positive: Mukima manor .. one of the best places I ever stayed in my life, the house is very classy and rich of history, I was impressed with the beauty on every corner it’s well arranged. I have enjoyed every moment in the house being in the middle of the nature surrounded by flowers, birds and beautiful views. The staff are so nice , they were taking care of all the details and very friendly , I was alone in my visit but I never felt bored they even helped me with the trip arrangements and booking with the best tour guide. The food was really delicious and tasty , I enjoyed every meal that I had. All the moments that I had in Mukima house were unforgettable and for sure it won’t be my last visit.

Positive: Mukima is a sanctuary. From the beginning till the end the house and surroundings felt like a warm blanket. The house is absolutely stunning, even better than on the pictures. The garden and land around is too good to describe. If I could play the sound of the birds, the subtle breeze through the trees and show the colours of the birds but it has to be experienced. The food is AMAZING!!! So fresh, so simple yet surprising… the food I wish I made for myself every day. The massages were mind-blowing. I slept like a rock each night. My fav things are the soul and love you feel in everything and everyone, the old charm of the house, the refreshing pool and the view on Mount Kenya and on the lake. I recommend going to Ol Pejeta on safari for a day and doing yoga and meditation at sunrise! I go home feeling refreshed from head to toe and body to soul.

Positive: The wonderul staff team at Mukima spoiled us with kindness, presented us with beautiful meals and looked after our every need. Waking up each morning to the splendid view of Mount Kenya framed by the beautiful grounds is something we'll never forget. The 1930's country house has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished. And let's not forget the pool, gardens, private lake and walking paths. There are many interesting things to do in the area. We spent an unforgettable day at the Ol Pajeta Conservancy.

Negative: We can't think of anything we didn't like. Worth mentioning is that, unless you have a car, you'll want to take your meals at Mukima.
