Positive: Been a long time since I have felt so at home . The property is amazing! Great balance between seeing all that the area offers and coming back to a piece of heaven. Going to miss morning coffee listening to the donkey munching grass, frogs croaking and birds singing. Home is immaculate and offers everything a guest can want. The owner is very responsive.

Negative: Not a thing

Summary: I’d go back in a heartbeat. Maybe for fall !

Positive: The location was ideal! Spectacular view. The cottage decor was so cozy and comfortable, much like my own home! The amenities were on point and we loved the secludedness.

Negative: One of the blue chairs in the TV room has very loose legs and could not be used. This was the condition of the chair prior to our arrival and I did make a note of it on the chalk board.

Summary: Very cozy place to spend a relaxing retreat while experiencing the wonderful smoky mountains.
