THE SPACE
The main living area is an open space that consists of a dining, living room with 65" TV and kitchen area. There is a full bathroom that has been recently updated and is very clean. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. Upstairs is a spacious loft with two queen beds. This condo is comfy but spacious.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, brand new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware/flatware
Please note: Although the condo is in the Mineral Springs Spa Resort community they have completely separate owners. Renting the condo does not give you access to the pool or spa facilities. For access to the pool/spa please visit their website.

Family of four with two teens that found the Black Bear Chalet cozy, clean, accommodating, comfortable, and convenient to all needs and areas of entertainment. Summary: Our recent stay at this resort condo was terrific. We were in town for a bike race at Mountain Creek Resort. The convenient location of this condo made it a perfect accommodation for us. It was just the right amount of space and the rental itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met throughout our stay. We can't wait to return to this condo again for our next event at Mountain Creek Resort.
