Positive: Excellent location with plenty of food options. Easy access to the Marche. Well appointed apartment.

Negative: Mattress in the middle bedroom(next to lounge room) was not very comfortable with 2 people in the bed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in a great neighbourhood with excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Positive: Tidy and amply furnished with quality homeware and disposables. Good location with good parking options even in the Winter time. Super responsive communication from staff prior to trip, and throughout our stay. Memory foam mattresses and pillows made for a more comfortable sleep.

Positive: I changed 3 apartments throughout my entire trip across 2 weeks, this was the easiest to check-in using a webpage. When we arrived, the place was clean. Good availability of towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Very spacious and bright. Would prefer to have seen the bathroom to be larger but is alright. Hosts are very fast in response and helpful. Not able to comment much on location since we drove around everywhere. But there are quite a few eateries nearby and a cafe just opposite the road, except the shops around open late after 10am.

Negative: 1) Was expecting this to be at ground floor since is unit #1, but sadly there was a flight of stairs we had to haul all our luggages up. At least have an elevator? We were a large group of 8 with half being seniors. This really came as a surprise to me. No detailed info on this. 2) The place was clean but there were stacks of dirty used trays in the oven - the stains on the trays seems like they haven't been washed for a long time. We couldn't use the oven in the end. 3) One of the bathrooms was too small, the door was difficult to open. Shower head in one of the bathrooms was a little too high - if you only wanted a shower without getting your hair wet - you can't unless you wear a shower cap. 4) The additional sofa bed was just a foam that we couldn't use. The bunk bed - mattress was saggy at some spots and we couldn't change to the sofa bed because it was super thin and felt like one was sleeping on the floor instead. 5) Instructions to the private parking was very vague - the street to park at was hidden and we had difficulty trying to find the spot for parking. The private spot we were given didn't felt safe for parking - beside an abandoned building. Furthermore, we had 2 cars, and only one paid parking - we had to park the other car by the road but the hosts didn't share any info on road side parking so being foreigners we had to hunt for parking ourselves. We were given also a ticket for a weird reason even though we did paid metered parking.

Positive: What did we love? EVERYTHING!! Having four separate bedrooms, two roomy and comfortable bathrooms, a full and incredibly well-stocked kitchen, a beautiful terrace that was roomy enough for all 8 of us, hosts providing a a Pack and Play crib and high chair in the apartment at no extra charge, and finally a wonderful location that was lively and fun during the day and evening but quiet at night. Entry was simple (door code), hosts were immediately responsive to questions, and even parking was relatively easy. We did not realize we needed to actually reserve the apartment owned parking spaces (1st come, 1st serve) that were a 2 minute walk away, but parking in front and across the street (metered) for an hour to unload was easy and we found a safe garage that was only a 15 minute walk away and was reasonable ($37 CAN for Wednesday afternoon until Saturday morning). After parking, we were delighted to take public transportation, rent bicycles and Uber to the sites and restaurants. What a fabulous family vacation we had in a Montreal at the Fab Four❤️❤️

Negative: 1. The hosts could have been more clear about the parking (we thought “reserved parking available” meant that parking for those renting would just be there and bc available rather than that we needed to contact and request a reserved spot). 2. Fitted sheets would have worked better on the beds
