Positive: Liked the enclosed patio and the backyard. Enjoyed listening to the river. The house accommodated us very well. It was nice being close to Zion.

Negative: The house is on the main road so that was a surprise but after a while didn’t really hear the cars. There was a weird odor in the house but that seemed to go away with some open doors.

Summary: There were a few little things but overall we enjoyed our stay

Positive: House was great lots of room and nice and clean. Kitchen nicely appointed. Fire pit was a plus. Thank the business next door for all of the firewood!! PS We left you some walking sticks. Big help in Zion trails

Negative: No blackout drapes and no window coverings in the bathroom. Hard to find . Let people know it's at the intersection of 9and 89. Our GPS took us 10 miles away. We had to call for directions.

Positive: The proximity to Zion was nice without having to go all the way to Springdale when coming from the east. Plenty of space.

Negative: It didn’t feel the most secure. There wasn’t a dead lock on the front door and at least one of the windows didn’t shut completely. If it wasn’t for my pups, I’m not sure I’d feel safe. It was also on a very noisy road so you need to be a heavy sleeper or use white noise.

Summary: Good enough for a trip to Zion.

Positive: The property was perfect! I loved the communication. Everything in the house was clean and instructions were straight forward. We did leave a set of keys out there so then being able to mail it out for us is nice.

Negative: There was no cooking oil which maybe we should have expected? We have stayed in airbnbs where they already have it but I understand if allergies of others was a reason why there wasn’t any. And yes, we did leave our keys there and we didn’t like how long it has taken for keys to be mailed since they aren’t mailed by the person who I’m in contact with but the property manager. I know it is our fault but we would have paid more to get those keys expressmail or had direct contact with the property manager over them.
