Positive: It looked lovely.. Clean. We arrived at 10:30am and they held our luggage safely until we could check in at 4p.

Negative: 2 single beds made separately and pushed together. no coffee downstairs for us to have around the clock. maybe we could have asked to have more Keurig packages for our room.... phone service did not work. slow WiFi. This is important. So is available coffee and a good double bed. Both elevators were down for a day or so, one was out for a day or so. I took the stairs despite some man telling me I could not open that door! YUK I expected the lobby to have pamphlets on places to see, how to use buses, ... I never found a decent Portugal map ANYWHERE. Maybe in the hotel lobby would have been nice.

Summary: Not even a pamphlet about the closest beach (see below)!! Map of Lisbon was TOO JUMBLED to even see.

Positive: Spacious room. Lots of amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, pool and fitness/ spa area. Excellent breakfast! Friendly helpful staff. Washer and dryer were a real bonus!

Negative: Only one elevator was working

Positive: Breakfast is good and sufficient. The staff is very sweet and friendly.

Negative: It doesn't make sense to book full board for dinner. The à la carte menus are available. Open buffet dinner menu was very poor and not delicious. And building needs some renovation :)
