Positive: Nice sea view, long beach, very good pool area, easy parking.

Negative: Advertised as 3 bed apartment, but you can use only 2, there were no bed sheets for sofa, although were requested before arrival. Flat is worn out, cleaning is poor, mold in the bathroom.

Negative: Provide a better quality toilet rolls and stock up more of those since we were staying more than one night.

Positive: 1. Direct open sea view from the balcony and master bedroom. 2. Super clean unit and Timurbay itself as whole. 3. Super equipped with all you required as a home 4. The Timurbay pool and all surrounding area are super clean. 5. Elevator works fine and clean. 6. Netflix provided by owner. 7. Wifi works well. 8. Karaoke works fine but i dont sing 😆 9. Got clinic infront of Timurbay (doctor are super nice...get my routine meds there as i forgot to bring it from home), eatery places for breakfast, lunch and dinner for local cuisine (delicious!) and also coffee shops (local coffee shop and ZUS!) 10. Security officers, cleaner and workers of Timurbay are alert, polite, very nice, and really helpful!
