Positive: Size of the apartment, communication with the owner, the fact it has balcony.

Negative: The smell of the AC like it has not been cleaned for a while, shower pressure was way to low. And the most important, maybe the bed can be selected of a better quality. Frame of the bed is made from wood and it is not comfy. However we did not spend that much time in the apartment to make this a big deal for us.

Summary: It was great stay in Rome. Recommended.

Positive: Everything was ok. The apartment is located at the pleasant part if Rome near the Metro station. It’s easy to find it. Equipped with all amenities you need for short and long stay. I recommend it.

Negative: Wr stayed here for 3 nights from 24th May. After the first shower on the first evening bath shower drain was blocked and toilet was smelling very bad. The wash basin was bubbling air. I took a shower in the morning of the 2nd day at 8am (25th May) whilst standing in dirty water as the water was not passing.. But after returning to the apartment at 10pm after a long day of walking tours we all ( a family of 4) wanted a shower, but the water still hadn't drained then. This was very unhygienic. I also have children who find it stressful to go into a waterlogged bath. This is a very basic requirement to have a functioning toilet and bath for any hotel or apartment, and nobody should be paying over £550 for an apartment for 3 days where we cannot take a shower. I complained to Booking.com and contacted the property to send a plumber the next morning. The plumber came but he had to go back to buy some tools to fix it. They cleared the drain and cleaned the floor which became very dirty. The whole episode took 3 hours in the morning and we lost vital time and it ruined our plan. Our time dependent tickets for 4 people couldn't be used. We requested for a refund for this poor experience and it is not the correct quality that we were assured off when booking. There is another major fault. The electric main fuse tripped several times when we switched on the kettle and the microwave together. They even put up a notice that if the fuse trips just lift it up. They must install the correct power rating stuff as this is an electrical fire hazard. Also the electric switch in the kitchen was badly broken and kept the light on.

Positive: My friends and I really liked the apartment, comfortable bed, good bathroom and beautiful renovation. Everything we need is there and we would be happy to come back here again.👍👍👍🇮🇹🇮🇹
