Positive: Such a cute hotel. The room had all the amenities. The restaurants were fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Armani was the best. She seemed to love her job! It was truly a pleasure having her check us in.

Negative: The parking is always annoying in NY. This property had a parking garage right next store. It was super convenient. However, it was $100 for overnight parking. The garage offered a discount for Moxy hotel guests. I paid $60. Not ideal but it’s typical for nyc.

Positive: Stylish and comfortable rooms that are small but well thought out with many space saving options. Staff were helpful and location is spot on and close to many attractions. Daily $$ credit for coffee and other little nice touches were welcome. The rooftop bar is excellent too!

Negative: Due to the bars and restaurants close by there was some noise into the early hours. Would suggest requesting a higher floor to help avoid noise.

Positive: The excellent location is indeed the hotel's greatest asset. Hotel with a very beautiful lobby.

Negative: The apparently new hotel let cold air into the room, so we had to cover ourselves with pillows and towels to minimise the cold, as the heating system is very noisy, which naturally affects the quality of sleep. The reception and the entire hotel lobby, although very pleasant, turned into a ‘disco/bar’ after 7 pm, with music that was too loud, preventing us from having a quiet conversation among friends. The security guards at the rooftop entrance were very unfriendly... everything was done with little enthusiasm or friendliness. Some staff members were equally unfriendly and were simply there to offer little help. In fact, sometimes you couldn't even hear them because of the loud music... The breakfast, given the quality of the hotel, also fell short of expectations...

Positive: This is a great location. So clean, friendly staff very helpful. Rooms were compact but excellent comfy beds and lovely pillows. Great shower and daily cleaning. Highly recommend.
