Summary: Holiday weekend getaway. Luis at the front desk was nice and helped me out. I needed a small refrigerator and they made it happen. It was a younger crowd at the hotel, but everyone was cool. Safe, secure and location is ideal. Quiet at night.

Summary: Great Hotel a minute walk to South Beach. 3 days here before a cruise out of FLL. Jeffrey the barman made some amazing Margarita's and had a great sense of humour, The girls at the breakfast bar were helpful, efficient and made some lovely Cuban breakfast sandwiches. Room was modern and functional, there was a safe in the room contrary to some posts. Main pool and rooftop pool were fantastic as were the views. Free coffee, yoghurts, muffins, cereal bars and fruit at breakfast bar. Was apprehensive due to one or two negative reviews but this hotel was excellent and we as a family from the UK loved it and the staff. Highly recommend. If there was one criticism it would be that 3 cups (think they were less than a pint) of draft beer at $31+ total is a bit pricey.

Summary: We already knew the room would be tight because we stayed @ another Moxy in NYC. We love the unique and modern decor of the Moxy, and while this 1 was in a great location and had a lof of areas to explore and enjoy, it was inconvenient to have to constantly ask for ice (no ice bucket in the room), and the poor ventilation in the shower made it smell pretty bad. The view to the beach was awesome, but the large windows seemed to make it harder for the room to stay cool. I would definitely recommend better ventilation in the bathrooms. Overall, we still like the Moxy hotels, but would definitely tweak a few things to make it a perfect 10.

Summary: the property looked unique and quirky BUT room was small , room service never came to change bedding or give towels , no fridge unless requested . i wouldn’t stay at this property again . it was nice to try but i was disappointed.
