Summary: Comfortable bed, quiet neighbours, clean and tidy. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is a short walk from the train station and to Frankfurt in under 20 mins. I would stay again and will recommend to others too. I was a little confused when the "do not disturb" sign was removed from my door and they cleaned my room when I didn't ask.

Summary: Good hotel with few issues. Shower water was cold and not warm enough to have a comfortable shower. This was biggest minus. Hotel at this caliber should have warm water. I ran tap for 10 minutes on all settings but no warm water. Also check in was slow and took over 30 mins to get a room. They should hire more staff. Hotel in general is new and staff is polite.

Summary: Checkin was friendly but very slow - considering it was all pre-booked and pre-paid. Checkout we were ignored entirely in favour of phone calls and gave up in the end. Luckily receipts are available on email
