Negative: Showers were horrible, pillows were uncomfortable and the gym was so humid it might as well have been a sauna.

Positive: Everything at the property was good the people the room everything clean

Negative: They didn’t accept USD at the counter and when they accept it they received for a looot less than the official My reservation was for 100 and at the moment to pay it they charge me 140 I don’t know they reason if they list in usd they should receive the usd as a payment not Colombian money or let the customer know it about it so we can do the exchange at the airport
