Positive: Location is convenient.We had dinner and found it to be good. The room size was small to accomodate 2 adult+1 teen child though the beds were comfortable. It had one queen bed and one single bed. Didnot had breakfast so cant comment.

Positive: Breakfast was good and serving staff was also good and responsible. There's good variety in breakfast

Negative: There is no proper light in the room. Wi-fi connection was stopped before one night of stay, Intercom are also not working on the last day. Property is quite far from the main road.

Positive: The room was spacious and moderately clean. ALL the restaurant staff were very very nice and the security guy from outside also very friendly. I don’t remember the staffs name except Shankar, but all of them were great The room was nice and it felt cozy Food was good and we got free water from reception which was a bonus Hotel is situated on a quiet street

Negative: However, the facilities of the hotel were disappointing, given the price. For one, the floor in the room did not seem properly clean . The balcony was also very dirty and full of pigeon poop Secondly , the hotel did not have a bar or a chill area. The restaurant was nice but you could not have drinks nor were we allowed to have our own drinks. This meant we could drink something in our room only. The pool was so filthy that it was completely unusable. The staff directed us towards another hotel for pool which was 26 min away , but when we got there there was no sun. Last but not least, two of our nights there have been completely disturbed by noises from the floor above . It sounded like people were constantly moving furniture at 00:00. We personally talked to them but also to the reception who has not take any further action, such as intervene to ask them to be quiet. This happened for two nights in a row and it definitely ruined our calm experience. It’s either that the hotel has very poor sound insulation or the guests were extremely loud and impolite. Whatever the reason, the reception lacked in helping us out which was disappointing. All in all, these points would not be a priority and a problem if the price was much lower. You expect to get more for the price you pay
