Quiet hours strictly enforced. The house is located in a family neighborhood and we require guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Any noise complaints from surrounding homes or law enforcement will result in security deposit being withheld.
Guests are responsible for providing their own wood pellets for the smoker. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the grill and griddle before and after use. A deep clean/service charge may apply if the outdoor kitchen is not cleaned by the guest. Thank you!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay here!! We were a group of 10 girls in town for a bachelorette party, and this house was perfect for us! The house and pool look just like the photos - spacious and clean, a variety of hang-out spots, and plenty of room for us all. The slide is SO FUN!! The property manager Jared was also very communicative and helpful during our stay when I had questions. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Summary: Had an amazing 5 days at this location. We had a multi-generational family reunion and never left the property. A few things that could have made the trip even better if I had to nitpick: 1. Mattresses could be upgraded in the future, for those of us with low back issues, firmer beds would help. 2. Two of the rooms didn't have doors, just a sheet - can invest in this for the sensitive sleepers. 3. The timer system for the water slide should be an on/off switch the guests can control - I felt we were bothering the host every time we needed the water turned on (as it would randomly turn off during the day) - the slide is EPIC though, my kids went on there at least a 100 times. All-in-all, you won't go wrong booking this location.

Summary: Overall great place to stay. There were a few small issues, mostly that there wasn’t a house book to describe how the various features worked, and there was some debris in the pool. Great communication from host!

Summary: It really does look like the pictures in the listing! My family of 6 spent spring break here and had such a fun time with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub can be heated on request, but our kids swam without it. Weather this week was low 50’s to upper 60’s, but we still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. TVs and remotes. I’m not sure if the remotes got mixed up but we could only get a few tvs to work with remotes. Even bought new batteries. I might suggest labeling the remote and tv and Velcro all of them to the tv to prevent them getting mixed up. That was the least of our worries, as there was so much to do. Basketball, putting, ping pong. My son even set up his hitting net and didn’t miss practice this week. ⚾️ Love the lush landscaping and the kumquat tree reminded me of when I was a kid! 🌺 I would wish for comfortable chaise lounges by the pool. 🌴 And conversation sets on the front lanai to watch the sunset and the hustle and bustle below. 🌅 Some of my kids are explorers and subsequently picked up litter that irresponsible litterbugs just threw into the landscaping or over the railing. It’s sad that people don’t take care of things that don’t belong to them. But my kids we happy to pick up some trash. Overall, a great stay for our family, and one that our kids will be raving about for a long while!
