Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This hotel's staff is exceptional. Everyone on staff were friendly and willing to assist and accommodate us. The rooms are clean and the view is great. It is about a 30 minute drive to the gorilla headquarters, so not far. Staying here was a nice way to spend time with the local villagers. We visited a local school there that the hotel help organize at the last minute, upon our request, as well as some local drinks to take as a souvenir, so they are very flexible and willing to help you. They even provided hot water bottles, which was a nice, unexpected treat. The water pressure is good, and the rooms are clean and large.

Negative: The only suggestion I would have is to cover the lights with shades as they are very bright.

Summary: Mountains View is a great hotel because of its staff who go the extra mile for you!
