Summary: The property was lovely. Located only 20 mins from Salamanca with nice views. Even wallabies visited us in the morning.

Summary: The house presented wonderful for the view and double storey. Cleanliness was failing a little cobwebs and dusty shelves, a few items need fixing (back door). Definitely had heaps of positives too though the bath tub was fabulous, the view, the garden was very pretty. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

Summary: The property is spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped with all of the necessities. Beds were super comfortable and a brilliant location. Communication with host was quick, easy and very accommodating.

Summary: Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. If you have children the garden is a hazard until it is cleaned up. I also cleaned the range hood filter and itself as it was clogged with oil. I have cleaned BnBs before and first appearance is always important. As we had a car it was easy for us to get about however if you dont have a car Moonah is 15 minute drive out of hobart. It was quiet there and a nice view Our host always responded to my requests ,
