Summary: Everything was fine. Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking.

Summary: There was something wrong with the elevator and the staff handled it to the exteme. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. If i go to Kassel again i would definitely stay here.
